JUAN CORINTHOS SR FORMER CORINTHOS CARTEL BOSS - 54 YEARS unplayable/pb: ian mcshane no one knows evil better than juan corinthos, the man known throughout the underworld as the man who wiped an entire rival drug cartel for more power. juan built the corinthos organization over that of his conquests until he was the foremost drug purveyor south of the u.s. border. after losing his wife to an enemy way back when, juan lived life in a total blackout, only emerging after having knocked up an american and forcing her into marriage. after that failed he picked up another wife and has wound up with over six children. ever the scorned former drug lord, juan absolutely his daughter for having outwitted him, having stolen his business out from under him, and having his former allies back her as he was forced to retreat into obscurity. DEVORAH COHEN ONFIRER FOR JEWISH MAFIA - 27 YEARS OLD played by anna/pb: anne hathaway devorah cohen is the granddaughter of the famous mickey cohen, who basically invented extortion in hollywood. the cohen's have been a part of the jewish mafia since the 1920s. devorah was mostly raised by her large, tight knit extended family as well as her bubbe on her mother's side after her mother, father and siblings were all killed by a corrupted fbi agent who was searching for the lost millions that meyer lansky, boss to the cohens, had left behind. dev was raised around the business but was encouraged to stick with cooking, raising children, etc. about four years ago, she rededicated herself to her family and for the past four years has gained the jewish mafia respect they haven't had since the 70s. Dev worked her butt off and was elevated to the position of onfirer of the cohen family, which meant she was now in charge of her family, the cohen family. the first woman to ever be in that position. the cohen family, in honor of Murder, Inc from way back when is heavily involved with extortion and blackmail. dev is well respected in the crime community. she believe in fairness. while she is tough and can be merciless, she will never attack an innocent to get to her target. she wants to bring back the days of classic mobsters, bring it back to the glory days of the early 20th century. OTHER JEWISH MAFIA POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE HERE KALE "the BASHER" BARKER MUNITIONS EXPERT - 25 YEARS OLD played by anna/pb: garrett hedlund no one knows his real name. he has gone by many names and right now he happens to be kale barker. what is known is that he's british bred, heavy accent, unstable, a complete ladies man and a whole lot of fun to know. kale is known as the basher. he is a munitions expert meaning his specialty is weaponry that is more commonly used to fight wars. and his favorite? bombs. bombs of all kinds. show him an average home and he'll tear it apart and come at you with bombs that haven't even been named yet. he likes to perfect them. they are his art. he is for hire. he has worked with the irish, the russians, the italians, the sirens, the bloods, and anyone else who wants to pay him. he has little respect for his own safety and has loyalties to know one but everyone seems to like him. he is charming, even in his excessively selfish, outlandish and very dangerous ways. SYLVIA RIVERS COMPUTER HACKER - 23 YEARS OLD played by becca/pb: jessica stam orphaned at a young age when her older brother took the lives of her parents, syl traveled the world with her sister, most often returning to the place she grew up - bombay, india. over the years she's picked up on quite a few different languages. she's the finest pilot out there with a calling for computers. her reputation as a hacker is good, but her reputation in the air is phenomenal. an oxford dropout with blurred loyalties and an icy cold disposition, she's not exactly miss congeniality. her and her sister were exiled from vegas, thus drifting to valkyrie. JOSEPHINE RIVERS THIEF/CHEAT - 22 YEARS OLD played by no one/pb: open this character is open for anyone to claim. just keep in note the following characteristics: female, 22 years old younger sister to syl rivers though she is the baby of the family, she is just as cunning and intelligent as her sister. she's been on the run with her sister, since she was fourteen when her brother killed their parents and tried to kill them. her niche is pick-pocketing but is also a skilled thief for clients and card counter. has been all over the world with her sister and is fluent in languages like spanish, french, hindu, russian, and german, languages come easy to her. secret nerd and history buff got exiled from vegas with her sister last year for card counting and now she is in valkyrie. --- BAKER THIEF - 25 YEARS OLD played by no one yet/pb: open this character is currently up for grabs. you can find information about them below: male baker has had a hand in minor theft all his life. used it as a defense mechanism after being thrown in foster homes when his druggie mother stopped caring for him. got back in touch with his klepto-side when the economy fell through and realized it was a) something he was still good at and b) a tax-free occupation. has been to jail twice, once as a teenager in juvie and the other as a twenty year old. had some bad experiences during his last incarceration and refuses to ever go back. has perfected the art of not getting caught but tells himself that he'll always refuse to get into any relationships in case he has to run at some point. wants no regrets and nothing or no one to leave behind. --- OLIVER DEALER - 23 YEARS OLD played by no one/pb: open this character is currently up for grabs. you can find information about them below: female oliver has had a rough go of things since the giovannis started supporting the corinthos drug trafficking five years ago. only knows this life. watched her mother and father do it for years as immigrants who were sick of working menial factory jobs and desperate for money. changed her name to oliver to protect her family and her identity. no one knows she's illegal because she doesn't quite look the part. she moved from los angeles a few months ago to valkyrie so she could put some distance between herself and her family. has become addicted to her product after years of handling and the chemicals leaching into her skin. now if she doesn't bag or handle the product twice a day she's forced to skim off the top to keep herself 'level-headed'. JOSEPHINE "JOSIE" DIXON PROSTITUTE - 22 YEARS OLD played by lola/pb: miranda kerr dixon has been a valkyrie native since she was born. and she was born into a broken family with abuse. at sixteen, she ran away from home and shacked it up with friends. she still wanted to finish high school, but between working at a grocery store and school, it was hard and she graduated with ok grades dixon fell into prostitution by accident. she ended up sleeping with a man who ended up paying her in the morning, and dixon didn't think the money was bad. it beat the grocery store. she has been able to stay away from drugs so far, but the women she is now hanging out with are always on something, and the numbness is very alluring to dixon. --- CASTRO CON ARTIST - 26 YEARS OLD played by no one/pb: open male castro's a professional conman. an absolute pro. he's never been found by the feds so they have no prints and no pictures of him. has a list of over 100 aliases that he uses expertly. has photographic memory which helps him not only to plan out cons, but to recall familiar faces which helps him to avoid federal detection. has a fascination with anything art related and anything shiny. loves to work with his hands recreating art from memory and can hardly tell his own falsified work from the real thing. super detail oriented and a bit of a fanatic when it comes to outstanding women. tends to be a total ladies man but does so with the best of intentions. not a love 'em and leave 'em type but the wine and dine on someone else's dime type. met boone four years ago. he reached out to her for a heist he needed help with. they have a rather interesting relationship, they run into each other from time to time and he thinks very highly of her. --- POOLE BURGLER - 24 YEARS OLD played by no one yet/pb: open this character is currently up for grabs. you can find out more information about them below: male poole isn't your average "turned to burglary because i had no other choice" type criminal. he breaks into people's houses because he loves the thrill and the challenge. likes to out finesse alarm systems as they modernize and has yet to come across one that really stumped him. hates running into homeowners and business people. it always ends ugly. poole has a tenancy to get mad when he comes face to face with a human he's not supposed to and relies on a handy weapon of choice to beat the memory out of said people. when he's not breaking into mansions, banks, etc., poole likes to lose himself in some kind of vice be it drinking, gambling, women, drugs, or violence. he's extremely destructive when he's not keeping himself busy. --- HARRISON CONTRACT KILLER - 30 YEARS OLD played by no one yet/pb: open this character is currently up for grabs. you can find out more information about them below: male harrison has always been the outcast. in elementary school he was the kid who sat in the back with one broken toy while the other kids played tag and just avoided him. as a high schooler he was the kid in the back playing with his lighter or making cherry bombs to flush down the toilet in an effort to bring about an early summer vacation. always the rebel, and with failing grades, harrison dropped out of school at sixteen with his drunk of a father's permission. his father would constantly smack him around and forced him to learn all kinds of techniques if he wanted to "be a man." his father taught harrison how to fight, which mainly entailed getting his ass handed to him. taught him how to shoot guns and anything else using the harshest of teaching methods. harrison was known to have to stitch up his head after his father would crack an empty vodka bottle over his head when he did something wrong. got into killing the night he choked the life out of his father. felt such a thrill that he walked right up to the first criminal he saw, offered to do him any job he wanted killing someone, and it all blossomed from there. --- ELLIS CAR THIEF - 25 YEARS OLD played by no one yet/pb: piper perabo male ellis has been on his own since he was seventeen. he watched his mother and father die in a car crash which he was involved in, one night before christmas and he was the only survivor. was sent to live with his grandmother in oklahoma after the police discovered she was his only living relative. the ninety-plus woman didn't know how to handle him or her grief and after a viscous argument she stroked out on him and died at his feet. ellis ran from the house, hot-wiring his grandmother's car and driving until the thing ran out of gas. because his transfer was so new, police had no idea ellis had even been there and simply thought the old woman had simply died in her kitchen. feels guilty for the deaths that surrounds him and has never forgiven himself. uses his knack for stealing cars as a stress relief and brings them to a chop shop where he's made the money that's gotten him through today. still the faces of his parents and his grandmother haunt him to this day and has prevented him from going out and getting a real job. the anxiety of it all keeps him from a desk job. --- BOONE JEWEL THIEF - 26 YEARS OLD played by no one/pb: open female boone specializes in things that sparkle. she's been addicted since she was a young girl growing up in the prestigious glowing wealth that was the upper east side. did all the right things, said all the right things, and manages to come across as the perfect little princess but her fascination for jewels it the only thing she'll really be bad for. she had such a keen eye that she could tell a professional fake from a real jewel like it was made out of plastic. stole from other wealthy families growing up and managed to not get caught until she was around seventeen and her father caught her admiring her 'finds.' he sent her away to a disciplinary school on the west coast that was meant to tame her wicked ways but when he died of a heart attack before paying her tuition they dumped her on the street to fend for herself. met castro at twenty two. he's one of the only men she trusts and the only man she'll ever call on should she have to. tends to go back to him every few months or so to stir up trouble, have a little fun, or steal something pretty.
