``BIG decision time

So, first the bad news. I think I'm deleting Orion. He has NOTHING going on, and not using him is dragging me down. And honestly? While I've always really liked him I have not had one real successful thread with him. Only threads we start and then I am so slow on replying because of lack of muse that I forget and the thread dies. I love Jared I think more than I love Orion and that is honestly the only character like that I can think of. I want to keep him as a side character and then figure out what to do with him. I'll probably change his face if I make him unplayable in the canons or if I keep his as an open canon, probably keep the face, lol. Jared is too epic to have as an unplayable, you guys understand. But part of me wants to have him die saving someone's life.... because that would give him peace in death plus, you know I love destroying the souls of my sirens. But I haven't decided anything yet, only that he will not be a full character anymore.

Another one of the reasons, my decision was expedited because of this screaming piece of man ass in my head. He hasn't got a name yet but I'm leaning towards Hugo (partly inspired by his son you see next to him). Most people would just call him Hugh though. His pb is Henry Cavill, you guys know how I have wanted him on the site for like 38753049 years, so I figured why couldn't I make it happen.

YAY Bullet Points!!!

• an even 30 years old
• born an orphan
• lived in a group home until he was 7 before he ran away.
• always very resourceful, he lived on the streets as a pick pocket for years.
• in and out of placement homes and detention centers when he was caught but he always managed to disappear again.
• angry, cynical and alone as a kid. learned to fend for himself.
• took work when he could but mostly survived off of theft and instinct.
• when he was 16 he met a girl, gorgeous, foreign they had a one night fling but what he didn't know is that she got pregnant. She gave the kid up for adoption and never told Hugo, not that she would have had a way of contacting him, she did put his name down as the father though.
• when Hugo was eighteen, he stowed away on an ocean liner called the S.S. Bismark. This was a large ship and it was hit by a massive storm and was flipped upside down. Hugh, having lived on the streets, was able to lead a group of about 15 people out of the ship. The other couple hundred on the ship died. It was a big story, the media ate it up how the homeless stow away saved these 15 people but Hugo was hopeless with guilt for not being to help anymore. He gets frustrated when people treat him like a hero when so many people died, especially when that group of 15 started as 23, loosing 8 along the way out. He still has nightmares of the event.
• after that he was given an honorary high school diploma, and began working for a newspaper, taking pictures. He had always liked photography but he was definitely a loner. He was never used to people.
• he met a woman when he was 22. fell in love with her, married her. She was incredible. Happiest time of his life. She even dealt with the night terrors he had from the ship. Her name was Isla.
• She changed his life. He went from being the alone, forgotten hero of the Bismark shipwreck, to being a man with his whole life ahead of him. She also made him realize that he hated working at the paper and he began his training to be a fireman.
• when he was 25, a big shock to both Hugo and Isla, an 8 year old boy showed up at the fire station Hugo was not ready to be a dad and never even knew the kid existed. ((Ace is faced by the awesome Asa Butterfield))
• The boy's name was Dennis. He had Hugo's blue eyes and dark brown hair. He was probably the most interesting kid Hugh had ever met. Dennis usually went by his nickname, Ace, which he had gotten by hustling people in cards. Ace lived the beginning of his life much like Hugh but while Hugh had become angry and bitter, Ace had become a little bad ass. He was outrageously intelligent, he knew more about any subject than Hugh knew. He was a pick pocket, like his old man once was but unlike Hugo, Ace never got caught and kind of found it fun. He was a cool kid, who had hacked his way into his own records and found out the names of his parents. His mother's name was a fake but his father's name was all over old new articles. His father was a hero, so ace though cool he'll want me.
• Hugo was unsure and thought that it might be best to give the kid back to child services. But while he paced in their apartment, Isla talked to him about maybe he should give it a chance and how Ace was headed down a bad path, no matter how well adjusted the kids exterior. She also told Hugo that she didn't care that he had a kid and how the boy looks so much like him and that she liked the kid having met him. It was because of her Hugo decided to take Ace in and try to be a Dad to him.
• After the first very messy adjustment year, Hugh and Ace were like peas in a pod. He got Ace into school where the kid's biggest problem was getting into trouble for being so bored. for a kid with no school, he knew more than the teachers.
• When Hugo was 26, and Ace was nine, Isla, a nurse, noticed a strange rash on Ace's body. He was then diagnosed with Myocarditis. He had to go through regular treatments which was hard on the salary of a nurse and a fireman but they made it work. Over all, Ace seemed to be doing fine which was a good sign.
• It became clear that Ace was meant to be a higher grade than he was. He was tested and when Hugo was 28, Ace was eleven and a junior in high school.
• Another thing that happened in Hugh's 28th year was Isla's death. She died suddenly of a brain aneurism no one knew was there.
• the death tore Hugh and Ace apart, Ace became the primary care giver, kid of the streets he was used to it but that just made Hugo feel more guilty.
• When Ace graduated high school, he got into Valkyrie University with ease. The college was excited to have a 13 year old kid starting as a freshman. Hugo got a job as fireman in town and is struggling with the medical bills, but saw Valkyrie as a place to start fresh, he is trying his best pick himself up and move on, he has his son still. And he will do anything to keep it that way. He is not loosing anymore family, but after mourning two years straight, it's time.
• Ace has started to slowly not respond to treatment meaning a heart transplant might be necessary. It's driving Hugo crazy because essentially they're just biding time, any moment could be the moment the kid goes into heart failure. Ace seems to be so strong and at ease with everything. puttin' on the brave face.

I was thinking after cleaning up from a fire, he notices that it was arson and could be linked back to one of the crime units in town, but with Ace getting sicker and needing more medical help, instead of reporting it, he takes the evidence, cleans up the scene and then goes said crime unit and offers to throw it away if they pay him. He wouldn't ask for much, just enough to pay off some medical bills and get Ace's name on the transplant list for a new Kidney.

But yes, I really like him, I'm like 99% sure I'm making him, but wanted to get opinions.
