this here is yvette's younger brother, owen. they come from a family of six children and these two are the youngest causing them to be extremely close. unlike the rest of their successful siblings, yvette and owen are the opposite. yvette is a con artist who hasn't been back to their hometown since she was eighteen and owen left home when he was eighteen as well. he is currently unemployed and has a very hard time keeping a job. yvette and owen haven't seen each other in two years since he lived with her in vermont when she was working a scam. she gave him money when she finished her scam and they parted ways. owen is a drifter who goes all over the place from miami to las vegas just because he feels like it, but he always keeps in contact with his sister because they are still very close despite not seeing each other for two years. owen has a light drug habit that he's been trying to kick since he was eighteen. right now, he owes a lot of people money and the only person that he knows that will always help him out is his sister. he knows that she is currently living in valkyrie so he ran from new orleans to valkyrie, leaving several people very pissed off at him and wanting his head on a platter. everything involving his personality and playby is really up to you. he hasn't talked to his parents since he left and as long as you just check out yvette's app for their family history everything else he does is up to you. yvette is always giving him money after her scams but owen blows through it rather rapidly on drugs, girls, and gambling. he has no self-control.

note that mr. millionaire can either be a new character, or if you think this guy fits one of your current characters, that works too. for a new character, pretty much everything is open besides the fact that he has a history with yvette tucker. though he knew yvette as emma rogers. four years ago, mr. millionaire met a woman named emma. mr. millionaire is a very rich individual who got his riches from old money with his family. he has a deep appreciation for art and paintings which unbeknown to him, was the reason why yvette targeted him. the scam was easy. yvette went in and pretended like she loved him and was in a six month relationship with him to the point where he thought that she was the one. he had very expensive pieces hanging in his home and while he was completely wrapped up and head over heels for "emma." however, yvette knew someone that could forge all the paintings. and that was what happened. the paintings were forged and were replaced with the originals. when the last painting was forged, "emma" took off and he never heard from her again. he was too heartbroken that he didn't even notice until three months later when he was getting appraised for them and the art dealer told him that they were all fakes. that's when he knew he was scammed. mr. millionaire has friends in low places and he soon found out that "emma rogers" never existed. and for the past four years, he's been trying to locate both her. he just recently heard that she might be in valkyrie, california, so he decided to come here to valkyrie to check it out. obviously drama will ensue and we can hammer out all the kinks if you are interested in this, but that's just the general idea. pm me if you got any questions!
