day of the character issue announcers, eh? i'm going to try not to rant because…well, i have nothing really to say xD basically copying becs here. i did a slight purge too. mostly because lack of plots, and a sort of boredom with the character. i get too distracted by issues and it gets in the way of the muse i've already been lacking lately. i tend to forget i even have certain characters and then i remember, and it just depresses me. i dunno. so none of this is impulsive, either. i've been complaining to pretty much everyone here for weeks, especially becs. no joke. it's all either of us talk about. xD i'm only deleting three characters, but i still feel sad and bad and all that junk. but well…yeah. the surviving flingers are: jamie, sven, staz, imogen, jules, and tristan. most of them were a no-brainer. i connect the most with these six and i feel they're the most dynamic personalities i have.

the only really big change is probably tristan. apparently i can't live without her. since i'm deleting remy, i decided to push a few of her traits into trist. she's changed a lot over the years and i kind of like where she's ending up, a real opposite of the person she was in high school. a sort of update…she's still a townie, bitter, generally unhappy with her inability to leave valkyrie. recently took up hanging around the underground music scene, being a roadie for a few of the local bands. she's hanging on the beach, drinking, fucking. all the stuff she does best. really, how she's been developing over the past few years is a lot like remy, just bitchier and more vindictive and generally a worse person xD so…well yeah. consider them the same person now. she'll be my new hockey whore, too. because i need someone who is, just because. congratulations. she's been hanging in la and stuff too. uh, yeah o-o this was basically saying, "yo, trist is back and is a hockey whore now"

but sadly…now we have the cuts.

my biggest fail is that i've brought two of these characters back twice. mostly due to lack of plots. hayden, miikka and remy are being shown the door. this was as ruthless as i could get. yes, i know, i just brought hayden back. and i love her to fucking bits. but, really, i've always loved tristan more. and i feel the most fun i had with hayden was when she was at va being a blogging pariah. she isn't as dynamic as she used to be, i dunno. i constantly forgot she was around again. miikka…lack of plots. that's it. he never really developed into anyone and sven is more fun for me to play. remy…same thing. i could feel her becoming a less interesting version of tristan. i love her story and her friendship with venny - that was really the only thing keeping her around. so she's back off to boston to be happy. trist is the new hockey whore because i need one. sorry.

uh, yeah o-o this is more of a "i made it official. woo." i feel better about it now, having less characters. i connect with these folks the best and…woohoo. plot with them. :]
