TWENTY. IRISH MOB. INFORMANT. BARISTA. Mara is associated with the Irish mob and has been for years, but she does not like it. She is too nice, too sensitive, for this field of work. She doesn't get her hands too dirty, but Mara-Claire still lives with a cloud of guilt over her head. She is currently depressed and hates herself, but she is normally a lovely, extremely friendly gal. You can read about her here. FRIENDS: Mara just got to Valkyrie. Literally, just walked off the plane. She came to find her cousin after a two month depression in Mexico City, and doesn't know anyone other than him. However, her family are pretty big into this whole "Irish Mob" thing in Boston and before that when they lived in Dublin. So I imagine she might have some connections that way(not that she really wants those, but you know.) Mara-Claire is probably one of the nicest people you will ever meet though. She is literally, a best friend down to the T. Easy going, compassionate, loyal, ll the qualities you look for in a friend. If you can get past the whole day-dreamer intensely emotional and sensitive thing. ENEMIES: What's life without a little hate. MC personally hates the people who killed her cousins, aunt and uncle, not that she really knows who that is right now. However, with her connections she is bound to have a few people more than happy to see her suffer. She is a genuinely kind, sweet girl so in her personal life I do not see her having too many enemies. Really, you have to have hurt the people she loves or something along those drastic lines for her to turn her back on you. LOVES: Wide open. She's a little....broken right now. A bit lost. And the last relationship she was in kind of blew up in her face, especially when she considered him the one good thing in her life. So, the whole relationship thing is kind of....rough right now. It'd really take someone special to crack her again. But dating, some non-committal stuff, that's all game. One night stands really aren't her thing usually, but there may be a few. Basically, this newcomer needs it all, so any ideas you have I more than want to hear. |

TWENTY-SIX. SURGICAL INTERN. LOCAL. BI-SEXUAL Phoebe was born and raised in Valkyrie. She went to college and medical school here, and now is in her first year as a surgical intern at the hospital. She is an extremely intelligent and hard working girl, some might call her an obsessive-compulive perfectionist. She can have a temper and can be unforgiving but she is a good person. She's just always been too focused and driven to have a lot of free time for personal relationships. AND NOW FOR SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT: I have a plot for Phoebe that I think is pretty fun. She's never been involved with the underbelly of Valkyrie, but that's no fun. Basically, I want her to become a doctor to the injured who need medical attention but don't want anyone asking too many questions. So, I need someone, a friend preferably, who is involved with one brand of criminal activity or another who comes to her and needs her help. And she is a doctor because she wants to help people so she won't turn the guy away. And then it just sort of progresses and she keeps helping people, and word gets around until she is basically stitching people up and pulling out bullets from everyone in town. I just need that first spark, the trusted friend who originally comes to Phoebe for help. FRIENDS: Phoebe was raised here, so she'll probably know a lot of people. Acquaintances if you will. but as for close friends, I picture her having a few, close knit group of friends. Maybe people she has known forever, or from college, or being friends with people who are like her....driven, focused, hard working. People she met at medical school, or maybe works with now. She can be an introvert, but she is friendly when she goes out, and would probably know a bunch of people but only be close with 3-5. ENEMIES: Phoebe has never done anything to hurt anyone, but is hot-headed and can be argumentative when she knows she is right. She probably won't have a lot of enemies. However, if you have crossed her, Phoebe will hold a grudge forever and you can never get back on her good side. LOVES: Phoebe has had two serious relationships in her life, the first her freshman year of college, the second lasted four years, all throughout medical school. She has had a few other short lives dating escapades, but that's it. She doesn't really go out, and doesn't drink much, and has never been the girl to have flings or one night stands. She doesn't want anything unless it's going somewhere, has a meaning. Her future is wide open, so yeah, go get 'em. |
