OPEN - pb: open, redhead (or brunette) - 27-29 female - open job
So completely open pb but I do ask that they are either brunette or a redhead, preferably a redhead. I gave a few examples of types of pb's I see for her, the furthest left is Bitsie Tulloch, gorgeous girl who is a redhead and plays Hugo's gf on Grimm, not a lot of pictures out there though. Middle is Rachel Weisz, and on the right is Amy Adams who is just one of my favorite redheads ever so yeah. This a request for my character Robert Hugo Burns. Everyone just calls him Hugo though.
Now, 12 years ago, when Hugo was 18, he was a stow away on a large cruise chip called the Bismark. This would have been the year 2000. Hugo was a stow away as one of his friends worked on the ship, and in his 18 years, Hugo had never left the streets of New York. The Bismark was an ocean liner and it was sailing in the Atlantic, hundreds of passengers, when it got caught in a storm. The ship was knocked upside down. Hugo and many others survived the flip but while some wanted to stay and wait for help, Hugo needed to get out as quickly as he could and tried his best to help anyone willing to get out, out. He only convinced about 28 people. Now, Hugo was pretty good at getting around places, he had lived on the streets for most of his life, so he got a lot of people out of the ship, but many of them died as well, fires, explosions, structure falling apart, drowning, etc. He got 15 out of the ship, including himself. He was hailed as a hero by the news but he hated being such since only 15 total people survived while hundred died. Didn't seem like anything great. Now, most people have forgotten or calmed down about the "Bismark Tragedy" simply before its been so long. Hugo prefers it that way, but he still has nightmares of what happened on that ship.
Now this nameless girl would have been between 14-17 when the Bismark Tragedy happened. She was one of the people Hugo got through the ship and saved her life. For more details on what happened with the journey out, read Hugo's history HERE. It starts with the 6th paragraph of his history. She comes from a wealthier family, hence why they were on the cruise. They were not a happy family though. Her father drank a lot and very controlling (he can be physically abusive if you want but it's up to you how severe the families problems go), so she has always been on the rebellious, independent side. When the ship turned and she heard Hugo trying to get people to leave and listen, she wanted to go. Her parents thought it would be ridiculous to listen to the 18 year old stow away and not the boat's captain who told them to stay put. She left with Hugo anyways. Her parents were obviously killed, went down with the ship while Hugo helped get her out of the ship and saved her life. She has always been conflicted with guilt that she left them for dead and sadness that they're gone but she is also still angry at them. So inner battle there.
I pictured her independent, stubborn, guarded, bit rebellious and spirited, a risk taker, fun loving, goes after what she wants. Her career is up to you, she can be a civilian or a criminal, don't care. Her history after the Bismark is up to you, and for a large part most of her history before the Bismark is also yours. Personality, as long as she has the traits above, all the other sides of her are up to you. You'll have to figure out why she's in Valkyrie. Hell she could have been a native Valkyrie kid if you want, as long as the cruise ship left from new york, family vacay and all. She can be from where ever you want really. And yeah, why she's in Valkyrie is up to you. But when she sees Hugo again, she wants to know him. She had wanted to know him after the tragedy but was not able to because she had to deal with her parents death and her inheritance and everything. But yeah, I would love someone to take her <3
