this is our second application option for acceptance into the site. this is a freestyle app, where you have free reign on what you want to put into this application to show everyone who your character is. keep in mind that after a staff member reads it, we should feel like we know your character. don't keep things mysterious. there should also be some kind of history in here somewhere because the site is a crime site, how your character came to be is rather important.
