so hi, i'm ruby and have bunches of characters for you to choose from. i've got maggie giovanni and j.r. corinthos (brother and sister), carly sutton, evan mccall, kat novikova, and ryan harper. basically if you like you can read up on them on their apps or on my character plot page because that's a lot of deets. for now i'm going to shoot you the main ideas i have.

EVAN:

so evan is my private investigator. he's no cop but he works hand in hand with them on occasion. he's been hurt really bad over the past few years when his girlfriend killed herself and their newborn daughter in a fit of postpartum depression and evan's never been the same since. he's a puzzle solver so he took to being a p.i. rather easily but it mostly entails followed cheating bastards and gathering evidence. it's no picnic but it's his life. anyways i'm thinking maybe at some point during a case evan stumbles on a robbery in progress or something that turns into a murder, takes a bunch of pictures and information, and turns it into the police and sabs is the one who gets all the info and tracks down the guy who gathered it? dunno. thinking they could meet that way. evan's got no plans of doing anything other than what he does now, in fact he has hardly any aspirations at all after what happened to him. he's afraid of falling for someone else and having history repeat itself so the only thing he really does whenever he feels the need is mindless, nameless sex. but even that's a rarity. maybe they're drinking buddies after the case is solved? like it's an easy open/close thanks to him and whatnot? idk. thinking out loud. if you like, hate, or want to tweak let me know.

MAGGIE, KAT, J.R., RYAN

i'm thinking that if she's a cop she'll have a run in with any/all of my crime babies. maggie and kat are my most involved mobbies. maggie runs the drug branch of the giovanni organization which is the premiere italian mafia in the area. she's wicked smart and outsmarts the police at every turn so i'm thinking she'd be the bane of any cop's existence? lol. basically she's the one that always gets away. kat is my cold, heartless, russian babe. she's known for having killed her entire family in a purge to prove her loyalty to the head family. she's not likely to be pinned to anything either as she's not sloppy and in no way emotional. but i could definitely see her being on police radar from the moment she steps foot in valkyrie which was rather recently. j.r. is maggie's brother and he's not really involved in the crime world aside from some petty b.s. he's mostly just moody and a drinker. he's had a rough go of life due to the maniac who is his father and it's just kind of culminated into one big beerfest ever since his sister was kidnapped. i could see him being brought in for drunk and disorderly and fighting and whatnot but he's no real catch as far as taking down the mob. ryan's an irish underground fighting ring champ but he refuses all ties to the irish. he fights to purge his anger and frustration over his past but outside of the ring he's a model citizen/manwhore. he'd have no problem sleeping with sabs as long as she didn't try to get to know him or try to change him.

so that's about all i've got for now. if you want to read up on the brood and come up with something else i'm all for it.]

Evan & Sabs

I really like your ideas for them, I was thinking about plotting with him while I was procrastinating working on Meri's application. Even though he has gone down a dark road and seems to have a clusterfuck of personal problems (hey, who doesn't?) I like the idea that both of them wind up working together on a case. He might find her gung ho enthusiasm a little annoying, and if he is unlucky enough to be in a car with her (she really shouldn't have had her driver's license) he might have to spark up a doobie to calm himself down, lol. She drives like a bat out of hell in a Fast and the Furious movie. I can see them hanging out from time to time, an unlikely pair of could-be friends. We'll have to thread them up to see how it plays out. I can make it if you want?

Maggie, Kat, J.R., & Ryan & Sabs

Haha, Maggie will always be the one who got away. Sabs would probably consider her to be the 'Golden Hind' the ultimate catch if she could make it. Of course she probably won't but that will not stop her from trying anyway. I can see a tumultuous meeting with Kat in the future as Sabs realizes just how big the ring of criminal activity really is. As for J.R. she would probably end up pitying him, and maybe attempt talking to him like a normal human being until he starts snarking. Ryan and Sabs would be rather interesting to play out and see what happens, for the most part my girl is a live and let live kind of girl. She's a little on the cuckoo side but most of the Chevalier women are, call it hereditary. She may have gotten drunk one night and then OOPS! who's-that-in-my-bed?! Haha we should definitely thread!

evan finds any enthusiasm annoying but that's just because he's bitter and quite frankly is just making the motions as he goes through life. he's yet to find that reason for him to actually react to the world and he's not looking for it either. he shies away from situations that could get him emotionally involved and all that, mostly only with women though. but yeah i can see a brewing friendship. if you'd like to start a thread i'm game. fair warning though it might take me a while to reply. evan's a hard muse to get into and it sometimes takes a while for me to get out replies, but you'll get one.

MAGGIE, KAT, J.R., RYAN

honestly if she tries to land maggie, maggie will laugh in her face. she's the type who knows she's like the golden goose and all that and she flaunts it by giving cops free alcohol when they come into her business and whatnot, she owns the m lounge. she'll probably treat sabs like any other badge, just with probably a little more amusement. yeah kat's not a fan of pretty much anyone so regardless of how they meet it likely wouldn't be pretty. lmao, pity will only send j.r. off the edge faster. he's had a shit life and the people who know about it pity him and he can't stand it. some random chick coming in and pitying him will just make him snarkier than ever. ryan's up for having just about any woman in his bed so that wouldn't surprise me xD

Hey! So Mac is my new girl, she isn't finished quite yet but she's 27 and detective for the SVU in Valkyrie so they would most definitely know each other and I think Meri would be one of the few girls Mac actually likes. Mac is more of a guys girl too, she grew up in Scotland before heading to New York and then to Valkyrie where she's been for some years now so they would probably already know each other, her app's not finished but it's here if you want to get a short idea lol. But yes, they should be friends because they would be awesome, out drinking the guys, being super hot and yet more tomboy-esque in personality. A good way to describe Mac is to think of a law abiding version of Marian from Indiana Jones and the Lost Ark. Spunky, outgoing, audacious, stubborn, sarcastic, and knows how to hold a grudge.

BENNY;;

So Benny is Here. I don't have much for him yet, he needs plots and honestly him and Meri would be funny because they would get along immediately. He's really hyper and fun, jokative. But he is two things that might cause issues, one he's a celebrity, famous singer, won two grammys the past two years, he's not arrogant about it or anything but he loves it. He's got this frank sinatra esque-ness too him. He also is a family man which brings us to issue two, he helps smuggle for his family. Celebrities notoriously get searched less extensively so he uses that for them. He's not a blackened heart about it though, like he barely pays attention to it. He doesn't like to know what he's smuggling or who it's going to, all he needs to know is where to pick it up and drop it off. He doesn't like to know anything further because he is not super supportive of the business but he could never turn his back on his family, they mean the world to him. So plotting them somehow would be a lot of fun I think.

so hey :] i'm becca, and uh, i'm ther of "becca's bitches," alliteration courtesy to ruby up there. haha. anyway, no rambling, let's get to business. so first of all, i love sabs, she's a real spitfire and i think she'll be a great addition to valkyrie's forces.

so first that came to mind is my beau gale parker. he's a sergeant in the army, currently on leave because he never reenlisted after his tour to take care of his family because of the earthquake. he's kind of a built up time bomb of anger, though a generally nice guy. he's not emotional at all, never shares his exeriences about the war or his tours, nothing. he's emotionally awkward, really. he comes from a really big family and his mother died in the earthquake as well as some shit went down with his sister a couple months ago but she moved to australia for recovery purposes. anyway, so i think he'd simply appreciate sabs. he's a valkyrie native, so maybe he and sabs coulda been childhood best friends? he needs a best friend, and if she's a "one of the guys" type of gal they would get along swimmingly. he went through a rough spot in high school, drugs,addiction, buncha crap he regrets, but then went into the army right when he got out. maybe she was one of the only ones still there for him during all that since his fambam gave up on him? and nowadays he's head over heels for violet giovanni, sabs could coach him on his love life xD cause he's girl-retarded. he doesn't do relationships, just empty sex. but anyway, yeah :]

um, i don't know. i could see her harrassing dominique here and there cause she's a giovanni, but dom is like a sweetheart and keeps out of the business so she wouldn't know much, nor would she pay much attention to sabs accusations. she hangs out with j.r. a lot? xD ummm, sasha. sasha is an ice cold psychopath bitch. literally, she has diagnosed psychopathy. she's a russian mafia princess, basically the big bad russian boss's baby girl. and she's a cold blooded killer. she's very professional though and her family has high political power in russia, so she probably shouldn't be on sabs's list because it would just cause problems, though i can see dramtic run ins here and there? i dunno. bella is my black market gunrunner, so i cold see sabs keeping tabs on her, but bells is kind of "nobody." she has no records, moved here recently from mexico, etc. she's actually one of the members of parliament's granddaughters but she faked her death, so she doesn't really exist, though she is good friends with maggie giovanni, so yeah. and then syl, good ole syl. she's my white collar criminal, a damn good hacker, and the best pilot around. she and her sister are wanted theifs in several countries, exiled from vegas, and deserters, never sticking in one place too long. i dont think sabs would eve get anything on syl though, probably just think she was the drunk blonde hanging around the inferno. they could be drinking buddies though, 'cause uh, syl's into that. xD then i have flynn, who's my most active criminal boy, and pretty low on the irish mafia's totem pole. he's pretty friendly and young, also a professionl dancer. sneaky bastard. and lastly i have emmett salaris. he's socially inept, and a genius, known as one of the best neurosurgeons in the world and hes only twenty-five. he aso owns salaris wineries, a famed company (for their wines, of course) and he allows the giovanni's to smuggle their less socialably acceptable produce with his wines. he could probably meets sabs in the hospital, maybe he stitched her up a time or two and she's suspicious and makes snide comments and he's very restrained?

this is lame, my apologies xD but yep, there's my babies. if you come up with any ideas feel free to shoot, i'm open for anything.

You know what? I think you're right Sabine would probably be half in love with a woman like that. The Hell-Raising Harpies of the Valk Precinct bahaha! And maybe if I ever finish typing up my want ad Mac could possibly get involved with a secret that will (hopefully) pop up again in Sabine's life that would require police attention. It would change the dynamic of their relationship to be investigated by the law and such but it would be pretty fun I think. :) Kick ass women should have their own special club or something, weeping wussies need not apply.

Benny & Sabs

Ohmigod. Sabine would totally have his CDs too but when she met him she'd probably pretend she hadn't the foggiest clue of who he was. She tries to play everything off cool as a cucumber even when she's inwardly squeeing. I think that if she had even an inkling of his smuggling she'd probably start prodding at it somewhat but maybe in a private fashion so as not to offend him unless she knows she's totally right about it. They would have a hilarious dynamic because she'd be sitting there thinking of how not to be a creepy fangirl and sniff his jacket and end up doing something weird and he'd be like: Errr...should I get a restraining order?

Gale & Sabs

Yay! I love the idea of these two being best buds, I definitely agree with the childhood besties because that way they would know each other so well that there would almost be no point in them lying to each other. She would be so freaking ecstatic to see that he's back but she would also see that something is definitely amiss in the world of Gale. Interfering in people's love lives is probably going to become a passion for miss Meritxell right here because she has a little bit of her Grams in her and Grams is always match-making and doling out sage bits of advice. She would love to try and help Gale out with the Violet situation, I can just picture her saying 'baby steps' to him A LOT. Or purposely freaking him out if he casually mentioned a conversation he'd had with her. And perhaps, just to be interesting and weird maybe a small corner of her heart loves the guy a little more than a friend but she doesn't believe in acting on it. She's hung up on her own relationship problems, so that's kind of a funny picture...a relationship-retard to another relationship-retard. <3

I can see her maybe knowing Dom from her association with J.R. maybe she (on occasion) bails him out of jail if ends up in there. Sabs would probably try her best not to be a nosy asshole and give herself up for the over-zealous little cop lady that she is. I mean honestly, Meri chomps at the bit so much that it annoys the commissioner. I totally love all the idears that you have for the other characters, most of them are kind of shadowy figures in the background for Sabs until she eventually meets them all haha. We'll definitely have to thread, I can make it and you can pick a character you want to use if you want. I'll type it up after I get one down for Miss Ruby?

hi there hannah! i'm lainey and it's about time i post on your plot board. so i sort of have a decent amount of characters. i would direct you somewhere with all of them but it's old and outdated and icky, but i got some ideas that i think some of my character would mesh well with her!

RILEY & REED TURNER they are my irish brothers (no relation to the irish mob) but they moved to valkyrie when they were teenagers and they're awesome xD another member plays their younger brother. but if sabs has been in valkyrie since she was six, then they are bound to know each other at some point. riley is the oldest and he's 27, single dad, and high school english teacher. he's more of the responsible one, thinks with his head. reed, 24, is the wild card loose canon type and somehow has owned a coyote ugly bar for the past five years. i think reed and sabs would have been in the same grade when they were in high school so they could mos def be friends, since you said she's really chill and a guy's girl they would have gotten along fabulously. xD and reed would have probably ferociously flirted with her. and if sabs lives in an apartment. she could live in the hitten apartment complex. hitten is where it is at xD well, a lot of characters live there including riley, so they could be all 'howdy neighbor!' or something...

LEO PERRY - leo is my svu detective. he's mac's partner as well. so if sabs knows mac, leo does too. leo just recently lost his wife in the earthquake, so he's been in the crapper. and he spends most of his time at work to get away from his personal life. so idk how to plot them, but if you want to do more than them just being acquaintances/friends, let me know!

VIOLET GIOVANNI - so violet is the one gale is crazy for, and since i saw you and becs want to make sabs and him besties, i thought i'd through violet in here anyway. won't lie, violet will eventually feel threatened by sabs. right now maybe they get along because she's friends with gale and doesn't think of him beyond that, so they could get along and have fun. but when vi does start to get those feelings she'd probably step back from having fun with sabs. oo drama. so much fun xD

Haha, I love that idea. Sab has always been surrounded by boys because she's the complete opposite of how most people assume she would behave. They could have definitely raised some hell back in the day and she probably would have flirted back just for giggles. I can see Riley rolling his eyes when she comes around because she's Trouble with a capital 'T' just not usually the bad kind. She can come visit Reed at Bad Seeds and they can be the howdy neighbors with BBQs and the random noise complaint here and there. x3

Leo & Sabs

Well, Sabine is kind of the odd girl out at the precinct. A lot of the officers and such find her 'can-do-will-do-get-outta-my-way' attitude extremely annoying to say the least. Most of them are surprised she even survived their hazing attempts. She could have been involved on a few cases Leo was working, the SVU is kind of close to her own past so she gets really sensitive about cases of that nature but she doesn't really talk about it. We could always throw them together in the future and see how that works out.

Violet & Sabs

I could guess that that would happen but up til then Sabs would probably have a grand ol' time hanging out with her. She'd probably try and test the waters for Gale in that sneaky way of hers as she urges him to go for it. She has a tiny crush on him but in the grand scheme of things she understands how he feels for Vi and would not want to come between her friend and another possible friend. I think Sabs would be a little hurt initially as Vi pulls away from her but what can ya do? Jealousy, envy, possessiveness..whateva you wanna call it...everybody gets that way when they find they care a little more about someone than they were previously letting on.
