WELL NO ONE KNOWS THIS PLACE QUITE LIKE ME WELL I DON'T HANG OUT WITH THE CROWD WHERE I GO WE'RE DRESSING DOWN I'LL TAKE YOU WHERE THE MUSIC PLAYS FOR FREE . . . . . . . One day, when she was around twenty, she was sitting alone in her room; nothing out of the ordinary, for if there was one thing, she loathed humans. She could not stand menial interactions, small talk especially irritated her; she was more of a get-in-get-out kind of person, minimal contact. It was better that way, since she couldn’t really trust anyone anyhow. However, while she sat atop her stiff bed sheets in the middle of the night, in one sweeping motion, tears flooded her eyes, blurring the room around her. She was lonely in a terrible sense, for loneliness isn’t so bad if it as the only thing you knew. But alas, she knew of companionship, she even heard stories of happiness, and was certain if there was one thing the girl was not, it was happy. She wondered if she ever had been happy, that perhaps if she thought really hard and long, she could remember how to smile again, how to laugh again. But she was never a warm person, metaphorically speaking. She was always sharp-tongued calculating one, even in her days, as she was younger, those of which he could remember. She must have been naive once, or even a child, but those possibilities seemed so surreal, that is was hardly ever a thought at all. She knew that she was a damaged good, something she could not taint another human with in good conscience. Yes, she did have a moral compass, no matter how withered it was in the present day. But like she mentioned earlier, the moral compass was pointed toward solitude instead. However, as much as she wanted, she did not want to change how she felt, she didn’t want to lose that ache in her bones. That ache, that dulling pain was what kept her going. If it wasn’t for pain and loneliness, Olivia wouldn’t be feeling anything anymore. Sometimes she wondered if that was better, that numbness to the world was easier to carry than what she had presently.
Lately though, Olivia managed to push aside all the thoughts swirling in her head, the thoughts that never left her in the past five years. It was all because of her little niece, Eve. The kid was a fucking angel, and that wasn’t because she was related, and it wasn’t because Olivia, being a twenty something, was sharing a room with a year old miniature human. Eve was so precious that it hurt Olivia when her soft white blonde hair would fall out while Liv brushed it. And now, during the early morning hours, since Olivia could not sleep, she was watching Eve sleeping. She was curled into the corner of her crib, snuggled with her ratty old stuffed animal, lightly breathing and smiling. God damn it, her niece was happy even in her sleep. But she could not just stand there; she needed to do something, anything. The great thing about sleep for a few hours was that now she had time to do things, but usually, Liv just baked. Just like her brother had that talent of cooking, she had the talent of baking. She also liked to decorate them, and usually just baked a batch just to decorate them all; at three in the morning; on a Sunday. Yes, it was safe to say, as soon as Liv moved in with Jasper and his family; she gave up on any form of social life. But this moment was something different. She along with the rest of this household was going to meet up with ghost from her past. The sirens, well, the rebel sirens were back in town and she did not know how to feel about it.
A part of Liv did not want to re enter their lives, and vice versa. She just… Liv didn’t want to bring everything back again. But there was the other part, the ration part where she knew that no one wanted to bring everything back up again. That would be fucking stupid. Jasper on the other hand wanted to meet the old gang again. His life had changed in the most utmost ways possible, and he hoped everyone else was in a better place now. He came back to Valkyrie, went to culinary school, had a steady girlfriend, bought a house, had a baby and now, his sister was back into his life. He was actually, god willing, happy. Mind you, he was always struggling internally. He was still in love with Wendy, but he was currently with his long time girlfriend and the mother of his child. Jasper adored Rowan, but when things came down to it, he did not feel the same with her as he did with Wendy. That horrified him that he could be doing so much wrong with such a good-hearted person. He was disgusted with himself. But it was the routine that they had that kept a hold on him. They would wake up together, share sweet nothings, leave in the morning and now with the addition of Liv, they did not have to pay for a sitter. Just like today, He kissed Rowan on the crown of her head, and left for brunch at the restaurant as Rowan left for the school.
Liv stayed with Eve during the day, baking some more. They would go to the park or other places, and in the afternoon it was naptime for both aunt and niece. However today, Liv passed out on the couch after she put Eve to bed. So much so she did not notice when Eve woke up, or when Jasper came back from work. He silently unlocked the door, closing the door behind him, placing some grocery bags on the tiling, as his daughter ran toward him. “Auntie Liv is sleeping Daddy, be quiet.” Smiling a little, Jasper kissed Eve on the cheek, “Now Angelface, I thought we would go to my friends house, don’t you want to Auntie Liv to come with us?” At that moment, Eve’s eyes lit up and she cupped her hands over her wide-open mouth. Jasper crept towards the living room, giggling a little with Eve in his arms. He stood over his sister, slowly and gently lowering his daughter on top of her. Eve climbed on to Liv’s chest, cupping Liv’s face within her little hands, “Wake up Auntie Liv, time to go to Daddy’s friends, time to go!” Liv couldn’t help but to smile as she sluggishly opened her eyes and grabbed Eve. ”I’m up, my sweet. Let’s go meet your dad’s,” Liv flashed her eyes over to Jasper for a moment, “friends.” Jasper nodded, implying more of a not of finality to it than she ever could. She didn’t know what was the correct term to cover all the sirens. They all went through so much together, something like a family, but they weren’t in contact for so long…. It was the awkward grey zone, where so much had happened, but it was all so bad that Liv did not want to bring it up. Maybe they could just ignore what happened for an afternoon of food and alcohol? Running a hand through her curly mane, she stood up, pushing Eve to her hip as she packed up some cupcakes one handedly. She thrust the box of baked goods toward her brother, rearranging Eve on her hip, “There, this is my share to this pot luck. Let’s go rehash some good old memories.” She chuckled darkly as they all left the house. The walk wasn’t far, as Jasper, his girlfriend and Eve readjusted them on the porch as Jasper rang the doorbell and wait. Liv sighed typing on her cell phone, shooting an email to Donny like she normally did every few days, ‘Don, open the damn door.’ After a minute or two, she couldn’t take it anymore, “Ugh, move aside stepford couple, this how it’s done,” Liv shoved her brother aside, slamming the side of her fist against the door, “COME ON PEOPLE, OPEN UP, I KNOW YOU ALL ARE IN THERE.”
. . . . . . .

------ Liz had a strange week. She had successfully managed to keep herself from killing one of her coworkers, which lead her to watch the kids at the Museum day care for ten minutes. Which lead her to dance with this adorable little girl, a little girl who kind of reminded her of kenny's daughter. Which lead for the the girl's father to come in who just so happened to be Riley Turner. Which lead to finding out that Orion, her lovely and socially well adjusted brother - and yes, that was sarcasm - Orion had told Riley Liz was dead for that past five years. Which lead to a small rift between the two siblings. Believe it or not, for the past five years, Liz and Orion had become very close. Was it the same as she had been with Kenny? Well no, but Orion could never be like Kenny, no one could. She loved Orion but neither of them were the type to address emotions, Kenny, despite his faults, always was. He had no issue giving Liz big bear hugs and telling her he loved her. Neither had Iz. The two to die were the two that handled emotion best. Liz frowned a bit as she sat up in her room for a moment, looking at a picture she had of her and Kenny. She still felt so guilty about Kenny and then Iz. Especially Iz since that hit was meant for her. But it had taken her five years to finally accept it, not like it, or tolerate it, just accept it. She wasn't going to regress now.
------ Kale ran around outside in the backyard, Silver hobbling behind him trying to get into the play. The Siren house was not a fancy place. It was an old old, fairly big but fairly run down. From the main hallway one would be able to see a living room to the right, a dining room with a lot of soap bars and other cleaning products and house hold items, like batteries from Kale's work on home-made bombs, scattered all over, a large staircase in front but just to the left of the stair case a long hallway. It was a decent sized house, but it was old, semi-run down, but the wiring and ground work was solid, it was simply some chipping paint and a creaky wood panel here and there. It suited them well. But the one thing the house did do well was it's back yard. Fenced in, connecting tot he garage, huge space, little cobblestone patio that they pulled a picnic table onto, the grass itself was green and soft and so large and relaxing and since Kale and Liz especially got very ansy being inside to long, they would usually take it over, pull Donny out, practice their fighting or gymnastics. You would every so often find a ball or stick or two belonging to Silver. "Liz, your dog's not letting me set the table, like you told me to do!" Kale shouted from outside in the yard up to the window on the second floor.
------ Liz heard Kale's yelling and glanced out the window down at him as he tried to playfully grab the package of plastic plates from the three legged golden retriever Liz had gotten a few years ago. She laughed slightly before putting the picture down and heading out of her room. She had only gone inside to grab a table cloth, but why had her mind wandered to memories of five years ago? Easy. Jasper Richardson was coming over. Reunited. As Liz walked towards the stairs downstairs she knocked on Donny's door and yelled into him, "we're rich enough get your ass out here." She continued her way down the stairs as Donny rolled his eyes with a small smile on the other side of his door. He watched as she continued on. He had set up hidden camera's around the house for security. He also had some of the best and most powerful computers in his room. One device he had running constantly that had a hack into some satellites so when doing a thermal reading of the area, none of the Donny's high tech toys showed up. He knew how to stay hidden. Donny stood up and stretched before he locked up his room and headed down the stairs being caught off guard as some cups were shoved in his hands as he followed Liz out into the backyard. Liz whistled a quick high pitched tone and Silver trotted over to her leaving Kale in the grass a bit exhausted. He dropped the package of the plates in front of her.
------ Liz picked them up and grimaced, "okay, these can't be used." Donny glanced over as Liz threw out the slobber covered plates, and smiled as he put the cups down on the now covered table and patted Silver on the head, "Good boy." He said plainly and gave the dog a wink. All of a sudden Silver ran towards the house going through the kitchen, no one seemed to notice really. Donny looked over at Liz who was kicking Kale on his side gently, encouraging him to get up off the ground. "I know Orion's at work tonight but is Widow coming?" Liz stopping pulling on Kale's arm, kale who was apparently playing the limp body game, the mature man he was. She looked up at Donny and nodded, "Yeah, she doesn't know. I kept forgetting to tell her." Donny shrugged, "Doesn't matter, just jasper after all." He replied knowing in his head that she was not going to be a happy camper. Liz and the others still didn't know much about Wid and Jasper, she had told Donny, just a few months ago, before they returned to Valkyrie. A beep came from Donny's pocket. He reached down and pulled out his phone, oh message from Olivia, definitely a richardson night wow. His blank expression turned into a grin as he read the message, of course she would be.
------ Donny turned and walked back into the house making his way to the front where Silver was standing wagging his tail. Kale jumped to his feet and followed Donny. As they got closer to the door, Donny heard a very familiar voice of Olivia Richardson. “COME ON PEOPLE, OPEN UP, I KNOW YOU ALL ARE IN THERE.” Donny opened the door and leaned against the frame, "Now now Liv, no need to be rude, we live in civilized society." He said sarcastically with a smile before standing up straight and going in for the big bear hug, "How you doing kid? You look great." Kale looked at the other two at the door, not being ashamed to check the woman out, as Liz came up and Silver pushed his way out of the front door, "Come on in guys, ignore the dog, he's british, untamed but completely harmless." She said referring to Kale. Donny pulled away from the hug and looked over at Kale as everyone moved into the hallway, "Oh yeah, this is my friend Kale Barker, he's sort of a tag along." Kale probably would have busted out hits on the women but he was distracted, "Oh my god look at the baby!" The Brit exclaimed leaning down to look at the beautiful blond girl in they eyes, he glanced up at Rowan and grinned, "You made her didn't you? I know you did, how perfect is she?" He said as he accepted the offer to hold her.
------ Liz shook her head and smiled looking over at Jasper, "He really is harmless, just be thankful he's not hitting on your sister or your girl here."
[/color] Liz added honestly as she went in for the hug, "It's good to see you." She pulled away and shook Rowan's hand as she lead them into the back yard, the dining room was covered in chemicals so eating in there was not an option. Kale was still bouncing Eve on his hip lightly as Donny looked down at Liv now that Rowan was out the room, he nodded towards Kale who was completely engulfed in the kid, "yeah, probably should mention, Kale's not his real name." He said watching him, "He's known to our type more as the Basher." Donny smirked and gestured through the kitchen to the back, and just as Kale was beginning to follow with Eve, the last person to join the party walked through the door. Widow had just got back from class and was digging through her laptop back looking for her keys when she found the door open. The brunette walked into the house and saw Kale with a little blond thing kid. She watched him for a moment, "Kale? Why do you have a baby?" Kale smiled and looked at Wid, "She's pretty wid!" Wid's eyes widened as she put down her back and shut the door. "Oh no, you've finally snapped, haven't you? I knew it wasn't good for you to breathing in all those chemicals." She said a little worried her friend just stole a baby. She made her way out to the back yard seeing Donny out there from the window as Kale followed, "Hey why does Kale have a bab- "------ And her words stopped as she entered the backyard and saw a face she may not have been ready to see quite yet. "Jasper." She said surprised, forgetting about the possible kidnapping. "Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you they were coming over tonight." Liz said casually. Wid nodded, "Yeah... yeah ya did." She replied doing her best not to punch Liz in the face when, "Yeah, well good to see ya both. I'll be right back down, have to put some stuff away." And with that Widow had disappeared back into the house. Probably to breath. The gang was officially back together, minusing Orion but you know he really only sat in the corner silently anyways. WELL NO ONE KNOWS THIS PLACE QUITE LIKE ME WELL I DON'T HANG OUT WITH THE CROWD WHERE I GO WE'RE DRESSING DOWN I'LL TAKE YOU WHERE THE MUSIC PLAYS FOR FREE . . . . . . . Late at night, when the soft intermittent breathing of his daughter or girlfriend subsided in delicate rhythmic measure, Jasper would lay awake in a restless state until he would slither out of bed and go out to the living room. It had been years since he had a full night’s sleep, a solid eight to ten hours were a myth to him, since a ‘good night’s sleep’ had been six hours at best for the lad. It had been that way for nearly half a decade now. If he slept, he saw things he didn’t have the courage or the stomach to see any longer, so perpetual sleep deprivation was the only way. Sometimes he would dream about a different life, maybe if he wasn’t a siren or maybe he was a more boisterous individual, having the ability to voice what he truly felt instead of shoving it aside until he would untimely explode. And sometimes, when he would be so tired he would fall asleep on the couch, he would dream of Wendy Hughes. Mind you, she never, ever went by her birth name, and he knew if Jasper weren’t Jasper, he would never get away with calling her that. No, instead she went by the name Widow, the name he never once brought to his lips as far as he could remember. No, she would always be Wendy to him, even in his dreams when he was emotionally unfaithful to his girlfriend of nearly six years. He never really understood why he couldn’t completely commit himself to Rowan, she was perfect on paper, but Jasper was not one hundred percent there; it was no fault of hers, he was just flawed. He didn’t know what he had, but he couldn’t bring his fish out of water kind of heart to settle.
He sometimes wished he could close himself off to everything like Liv did. No, that was a bold faced lie; he knew how Liv reacted to bad things. She would shut herself off completely, drain herself from every last bit of emotion for prolonged periods of time and it completely showed in her cerulean eyes. That seemed to be a Richardson quirk of sorts, when devastation struck, the lights inside their eyes would smother away. It was times like these though, in the wee hours of the night when he couldn’t manage to lay in bed with the angel of a girlfriend he had, pining for Wendy even how destructively they ended, as if they ever began to begin with. This was part of the reason he did not want to meet up with the other sirens. He wasn’t prepared to see Wendy if she was there, truthfully if she wasn’t going to be there, it would go a little simpler. Oh how he could admit such a dishonest fact, when he knew he ached for her. And now, Jasper Grey Richardson, with his small family, was stand on the doorstep of his past. Something he never knew he was going to do after how everyone ripped away.
As the door opened, Olivia screamed a little, the old Liv making a brief appearance as she saw Donny Davis and immediately wrapped her arms around him, “Shut up, Donny,” She muttered, smiling in the embrace. As if suddenly, she was calm as they hugged, warming to the fact that she was back finally. “And goddamn it, why did you have to go on and get even more handsome?!” She wasn’t trying to suck up or lie, Liv had always thought Donny was handsome, even when he was in his ‘awkward’ stage or something some other girls would put it. And now? Well, goddamn, time did him very well. She hugged Liz also, “Hey Liz, long time no see, I really enjoy your puppy, the canine kind, “ She said, scratching Silver’s ear, “Hey precious,” Jasper laughed as Kale took his baby, simply enamored by her. Who wouldn’t, she was indeed the star in his sky. “Yeah we did, spitting image of her mother, isn’t she? Eve, be nice to Kale.” Jasper said with a slight warning, right when he knew she was going to say something. Eve then took her soft hands, placed them on either side of Barker’s face, narrowing her eyes slightly and spoke, “You smell yucky.” Jasper’s eyes widened a little, taken affront by his daughter’s honesty, there goes his star, year and a half and speaking fluently, albeit rudely, “That’s not very nice.” “you said speak.” “No, I said, ‘be nice.” Eve shrugged her shoulders, continuing on cradling Barker’s face in her little pudgy hands, “He smells yucky but I like him.” And with that she wrapped her small arms around Kale’s neck, smiling. Jasper squeezed Rowan’s shoulder before they entered the siren home and went into the back.
Olivia was still petting the dog, walking alongside Donny, keeping her distance from Jasper and his betrothed. It was an anomaly, having a happy, functioning couple and the sirens in the same sentence. Well she hoped they were happy, since she knew her brother and she knew about how he felt about Widow. It was poetic the rare moments he would share with liv, it only happened twice, both times when Jasper was plastered, drunk out of his mind on both accounts. She chuckled a little as Donny revealed that Kale was one of them, oh fucking course he was, ”How am I not surprised, Don? The island of misfits needed an arsonist anyhow,” Meanwhile Jasper looked around the house, the crooked smile on his face improved with every step until he reached the back where he saw the picnic table. It wasn’t anything fancy, but the mere effort alone made him feel as though they were really a family. And after how much they all been through, hell, they pretty much were a band of misfits that just stuck, even after five years. Finding a comfortable set of chairs, he lounged back with his eyes closed, his hat falling over his eyes a little, just listening to everyone bustling around, generally content for the moment. It was peaceful until he heard the front door and a slight scuffle in the doorway and the familiar sound of stilettos. A knot in his stomach formed in an instant, he would know that voice until every star in the sky would burn away, “Hello Wendy.” He said modestly as she went back into the house. He couldn’t help but to bite down on his lips, that knot in his stomach becoming stronger.

••• ---------------------------------------------------------------------- •••
------ Truth was, the group of them, and Kale, were a bit like a little, family. A twisted family but still a family. Orion was the big brother, protector strong and silent one. Donny was the brilliant one. Kale was the crazy, and funny best friend who never seemed to leave. Widow was the spoiled bitchy college girl, and Liz was like a fuckin' mama bear lately. She woke people up in the mornings, she made sure they ate. She went to work, babysat Riley's kid, scolded them when they got a bit out of control. She was the only one who had successfully trained Kale on the rules of the house and in the mornings when he was passed out somewhere around the property or around the house, she was usually the one that stuffed a pillow under his head, or if he slept half way down the stairs, pulled him to flat ground. As much as Widow would rather not say it, Liz was sort of the glue for them lately. Always checking in. Doing most of the chores. Who knew such an unstable person was so talented at being a rock for everyone? Liz nodded as Widow retreated into the house. She looked around at people and pulled the cooler closer to the table poppin' it open. "Okay, so we've got... beer and... hard lemonade.... and more beer..." She said, offering the cooler to anyone who wanted a drink. Liz looked up at Kale as he came out with Eve as he explained to her, "What you're smelling is lighter fluid." He said with a big grin on his face to the toddler. "Or gasoline, I forget which I spilled." He added looking slightly confused but still cheery.
------ Liz watched him for a moment before nodding, "yyyeeaaahhh.... why don't you put her down Kale." She suggested to the heavily accented british man. He opened his mouth to protest but when Liz raised her eyebrows, he frowned and put Eve down by her parents before taking a seat near the three new comers to the group. Liz looked at the girl for a moment before walking over to three of them, Jasper, Eve and Rowan and crouched down by the little girl, "So, I don't have any soda but I have about a million and three juice boxes. Orange, grape, apple?" Liz asked mostly to Eve but also to Rowan, in case she had a preference for her daughter. Liz only had juice boxes in her bag left over from spending time with Tatum, lucky she did because offering the kid a beer, while being natural to them, might not go down so well with Rowan, or maybe Jasper... As this was happening, Donny sat down next to Liv and glanced at the door where Wid had disappeared. Donny knew the girl was probably trying to fight the world in her head. He looked over at Liv, as Kale plopped down in his seat and Silver came hopping in and nuzzled his head at Olivia's lap, apparently deciding he liked her the best of the new comers.
------ Donny had always thought Olivia was beautiful. Truly he did. It was strange, he had also pretty much only had a thing for blondes. Except for Olivia. After Isabel's death, Liv was a savior for him. Andie may have been the one to get him to stop drinking, but Liv was the one that reminded him to keep living his life. They did this Bucket List trip. Not of their bucket lists, but Iz's. Things she wanted to do before she died. All the sirens were hit with her death, they all loved her in some way or another, but really? Donny didn't think anyone was affected as much as him and Liv. Donny glanced at Liv, "So what in the world have you been up to Liv?" He asked casually, "I mean besides filling out." He added with a smile. Yeah, he's a guy, he noticed. That, and the last time he saw Liv face to face, they had both been a bit more awkward and a bit more nude.
------ Widow on the other hand, had seen Jasper and run out. Nothing really registered. Widow walked through the kitchen and out of the living room to the small bathroom by the staircase. She shut the toilet seat lid and sat down for a moment. She attempted to catch her breath. She was not ready to see Jasper. Not even close to ready. He was someone she had always had a hard time being around, mostly because she couldn't control her emotions around him. It was like he had a cloud around him that when she inhaled, her heart started speeding and her mind went haywire and she never even understood why. It was just him. She knew she loved him. She knew for a long time but it was the five years away that got her to admit it. Widow took a deep breath and stood up leaning against the sink. She looked at herself in the mirror. Fuck, she looked a mess. I mean, sort of. Really she looked fine but first time seeing Jasper in five years she would have preferred to be wearing something nicer than jeans and a short sleeved casual blouse. She looked at herself in the mirror as she did her best to force her eyes to stop watering. She hadn't actually been crying, she didn't want it to look like it. She breathed in deeply again and rubbed her cheek near the cheekbone, pulling the skin up a bit. An old habit. She was never good enough really, and she knew it. She leaned in. Okay, her make up's fine. Nothing special but she knew if she changed her clothes or put on nicer make up, Jasper would think it was for him.
------ Widow nodded to herself in the mirror before opening the door. She made her way back into the kitchen and glanced out at the group through the screen door. Okay, maybe one more minute away from them as she remembered, there was a blonde woman and a blonde baby. She turned her back to the window and leaned against the sink. Donny glanced and saw Wid turn away from the door. He sighed silently, "I'll be right back" He said casually before standing up and walking into the Kitchen. He opened the fridge as he spoke to her to not bring too much attention. Widow walked over to the fridge and crossed her arms across her chest. "That's his kid isn't it?" She asked somberly. Donny nodded and handed her a miller lite from the fridge. She nodded, "And his..." she couldn't say it. Donny nodded, pulling out an MGD for himself, "Fiance." He said as he shut the fridge door. "I'm sorry Wid." Widow looked at Donny before nodding. She reached into her back pocket and pulled out a bottle opener. She leaned over and opened his beer before doing her own, "So, I can't be with him. Not much has changed. No need to be melodramatic." She said, forcing a smile and kinking their bottles together before they both took a drink and walked through the swinging screen door.
------ Widow sat down in a chair next to Kale across the table from Olivia and Donny who sat back down. He looked at Liv and Silver, "His name's Silver, we haven't decided whether Liz meant it to be the opposite of golden, or because he's missing a leg like long john silver the pirate." Liz smiled as she brought Eve her beverage, "Both." She replied plainly as she moved around the table, passing drinks to those who didn't have them. She walked briefly into the kitchen. Widow looked across the table at Liv and cocked her head to the side, "Where on earth did those come from? You know you're not allowed to have tits bigger than mine" She asked with a smile pointing to Olivia's breasts. Kale grinned and tilted his head to Wid, "Don't worry, I still love yours" He said as if to reassure Widow. Liz re-emerged from the kitchen with a plate of uncooked meat and tongs. "You're not sleeping with Widow, Kale." She scolded as she walked to the other side of the table, "You don't know that." Kale replied defensively. Widow looked over a kale, "We're not sleeping together." Kale looked confused, "You don't know that." he repeated but softer and less assured.
------ Liz walked over to Jasper, placing the meat in front of him, removing his hat, "Did you really think I wasn't going to make you cook?" She asked, with a smile, as though he should know better being a chef. She nodded over to the grill, which was just a few feet away from the table, with the tongs before handing the tongs to the boy and heading back into the kitchen to get other food. Meanwhile, as Kale repeated that Widow didn't know if they'd sleep together, Donny stared blankly at him for a moment, "How is it possible you get laid every night?" He asked honestly. Widow laughed and sat up straighter, "Donny, come on you know this one. He's got Double A's. Accent and Abs." Kale nodded as Widow said this and looked over the table at Olivia and Donny, "It's true I do." He replied, "and I have batteries in my pocket." He added pulling out two AA batteries, causing Wid to just stare at him, he really was insane but at least she could force the colorful assortment to be a distraction from the man she was doing her best to, not so much ignore, even if it came off that way, she just didn't want to look him in the eye. He was too good at reading her. She didn't want Jasper to know he had the upper hand. "I drained the fluid out though..." said Kale's voice as he stared at the batteries in his hands, flipping them over before, for no reason known to any of them, he leaned over and offered them with his open palm to Olivia.
