taste of asia is a favorite among valkyrie residents. the festive restaurant gives a taste of chinese, japanese, thai, and other asian-originating cuisines. they serve just about anything you could possibly want from pad thai to sushi.

fire pit pizza

the fire pit is a valkyrie original. the pizza heaven cooks up just about any kind of pie you can imagine from your standard pepperoni to a chicken and broccoli alfredo pizza. their unique fire pit seems to cook every single pie to perfection in a matter of minutes. it’s definitely become a valkyrie staple since its beginning in early 2001.

otherwise known as the purple flower, this french style restaurant has been teasing taste buds for years. the restaurant itself is fairly fancy and a good place for a first date or anniversary.

what’s a town without it’s favorite coffee house? dim-lighted for relaxation, the place is filled with mini tables, couches, and a few computers for those who didn’t feel like toting around their own laptops. so sit down, grab a foamy beverage, and click away to your heart’s content.

this roswell themed restaurant caters to the chiquita in all of us. abducted may have some interesting wall decorations and equally interesting employees, but the fact of the matter is that if you want good mexican food, this place is top notch.
